Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of tinymyni.com and everything on it (the "Service"), run by TinyMyni. By creating an account, buying something or using the Service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.

Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@tinymyni.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

You own the photos, text and other content you add ("your content"). You give us a limited permission to store, process, resize, display and print it only to provide the Service to you: for example to show your book, generate PDFs and images, and show a share link or guestbook you have chosen to make public. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups that are routinely replaced. We don't use your content for advertising or to train AI models.

You confirm that:

• you have the right to upload your content, including permission from anyone else who appears in it or owns it;
• you're the parent or guardian of any child whose photos and details you add, or have their parent's or guardian's permission;
• your content is lawful and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Please keep your own copies of important photos. TinyMyni is a place to create and keep memories, not a backup service.

When you turn on a share link, anyone with the link can view that book. Turn it off at any time. Guestbook owners decide which messages appear and are responsible for what they approve.

If you sign someone's guestbook, the family who owns it can read, publish and download your name and message. Don't post anything unlawful, hurtful, spam or links.

Don't use the Service to:

• upload anything illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or exploitative, and never any content that sexualises or endangers a child;
• harass anyone, or share someone's private information or photos without permission;
• infringe copyright or other rights;
• send spam, try to break, overload or get around the Service's security or limits, or access other people's accounts or content;
• copy, resell or redistribute our templates, artwork or printables.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Some parts of TinyMyni are paid, such as unlocking a digital memory book (no watermark, full-quality PDF and a share link) and premium printables. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts; their terms apply to the checkout.

What you buy is digital and available straight away. A book purchase unlocks one book; you can keep editing it after buying. Printables can be downloaded as often as you need for personal use.

If something isn't right, email hello@tinymyni.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll help, including a refund where appropriate. Refunding a purchase removes what it unlocked (for example the share link and watermark-free PDF). This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.

Our templates, artwork, printables and stories belong to us or our licensors. You may use them, and anything you make with them, for your own personal, non-commercial use: print them for your family, events and home. Don't sell or share the files themselves. Some illustrations are from Microsoft's Fluent Emoji (MIT licence) and fonts are under the SIL Open Font License.

The free tools are provided as they are. The age calculator, milestone tracker and any "typical age" ranges are for information and keepsakes only. They are not medical advice; talk to a doctor, nurse or health visitor about your child's health and development.

We work to keep the Service running and your content safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we ever close TinyMyni, we'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice to download their books and data.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page; this permanently deletes your books, designs, guestbooks and photos. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Apart from what these terms say, the Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content you could have kept a copy of. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are handled by the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and email account holders about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
